Rules

Mario and Alice welcome you to the B&B Il Castelluccio.
The following are some rules that we kindly ask you to observe:

We don’t have a 24 hour reception in the structure, therefore we ask you to call us and communicate the time at least 24 hours before your arrival. On the contrary there might be some time to wait that could not be the reason for a complaint.
On arrival an identity document has to be delivered (passport\ identity card\ driving licence) for the registration requested by the law. In case of refusal, this is against the law and you might be requested to leave the B&B. All the data will be treated according to the privacy rules.
For security reasons the entrance to the B&B is allowed only to the registered guests.

Arrival times

We usually prefer to arrange the time of arrival personally with our guests. Check out by 10 o’clock.

Breakfast

We usually serve breakfast between 8.30 and 9.30. If breakfast is needed very early there is the possibility of using a bar nearby we will give you a voucher for.

Luggage

The B&B has no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects belonging to our clients and left in the bedrooms unless delivered to the direction on arrival and for damages to people and animals. We ask you to lock your bedroom every time you leave it. On the day of check out, you can leave your luggage in the B&B if you want to spend more time in Arezzo-

Cleaning

The cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms is made every day from 9.30 to 13.30. Bedroom sheets and towels are changed every 4 days and for the new arrivals.

Damages

In case of a damage made by our guests to the rooms and furniture, we ask you to report it immediately to the owner and in case of responsibility to pay for it. We recommend the correct use of the bathroom and WC (please use the baskets for any object to throw). Please turn the lights and TV off when you leave your bedroom.

Smoking

Smoking is forbidden inside the B&B in order to meet the needs of non smokers and to prevent fires.

Bedrooms

As you can see there is a film on the door of your bedroom in order to grant you privacy. You can’t be seen from outside with daylight, but remember to pull the screen down at night if you don’t want to be seen inside your bedroom.

WiFi

WiFi is free .

It is forbidden to use different types of heaters inside the structure since they may cause damages to people and things. Hoping to see youin our B&B soon
